Refurbished 5-Bay Modular Building - Tipton, Wolverhampton 2011
MPB we asked to supply a 5-bay building to provide three classrooms for a utilies company. The building was prepared to the customers specifications incuding layout, colour and location. We offered a fully turn-key quotation which was accepted. We built the foundations, delivered and erected the building and created new pathways between the classroooms. The customers are very very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the building.
Double Stacked 32' x 9' Offices in Warehouse - Reading 2011
We were asked by a company from Reading to supply them with internal offices for a warehouse they had just moved into. Our sales rep visited site to conduct a site survey, he reported back saying it will be extremely tight a challenging installation. We refurbished two 32' x 9' units, the width being of the most importance and delivered them to site.

Relocation of 7 bay double classroom and supply / Install a 2 bay assembly hall
Midlands Portable Buildings Ltd were invited to advise the school on the most economical way of providing four new classrooms whilst the school is under-taking some building works. Our solution was to relocate their existing modular classrooms from a construction area and provide them with a further 2 bay modular classrooms to be used as an assembly hall.

Midlands Portable Buildings Ltd have just had the oppurtunity to buy and sell four Portakabin Titan units. These are very special, spectaular units which are a credit to their manufacturer Portakabin. They made up a large linked unit complex.

Midlands Portable Buildings Ltd have provided two portable buildings for a local community project that helps children with learning difficulties learn about the environment through gardening. We refurbished two buildings , both with kitchenettes for tea making and handwashing and delivered them to thier premises.
16' x 9' Refurbished One to One Classroom, Stockport - Feb 11
Our client needed a 16' x 9' building to use as a one to one teaching facility at their school. We renovated our building to their specifications, fitted the window guards, altered the lighting to suit. The building was put in at a time to suit the school and leveled onto their bases.

Midlands Portable Buildings have provided a company in Norfolk with a high quality refurbished portable office / welfare building. This unit incorporates 2 Male W.C, 1 Female W.C, a kitchenette and and open plan office. This unit had a bespoke design that we had finished to their specification.

Refurbished 32' x 10' Warehouse Office Space, Milton Keynes - Jan 2011
Midlands Portable Buildings have installed a refurbished 32' x 10' building to be used as an office in their warehouse. The building was refurbished inside and out, a partition was constructed to make two cellular offices. The unit was craned off the lorry on to skates that sat under each Jackleg, and then moved into place using a fork lift truck.
5-Bay Double Science Classroom, Nottingham - August 10
Midlands Portable Buildings Ltd won a contract to supply a refurbished 5-bay modular classroom to primary school in Nottingham. The building installation required a 160t crane to lift the building into place and a smaller 50t crane to lift the building off the lorries from the road. Once the building was in place, it was sealed inside and out where final refurbishment work and gas pipe installation could be completed. The contract was completed in 7-days in the school holidays.
7-Bay Double Classroom, North Wales - July 10
Installation of 7-Bay Modular Classroom has now been completed in North Wales. We installed the building to aid the school with their growing student numbers providing them with 86.4 sqm of space in each classroom, store cupboards and male and female toilets. Project was designed and conceived to be a turn-key project, all works being done by Midlands Portable Buildings Ltd and its sub-contractors.
The building supplied was a timber texture building. We had to make adapt ions to the interior layout to suit the specifications of the new school. As soon as the foundations
